In other news I had my first driving lesson on Friday-and mangaged to stall in front of a van XD
And now for the worrying trend-my part time job is selling books at festivals, car boot sales and carnivals. I normally run the stall with the kids books on, as well as a small stock pile of model cars and various other random toys-but mostly books. It's normal for some kids to not want to look at books-especially when the stall over the way is selling action man or something-but I have noticed something rather worrying- children who take a genuine interest in the books and reading in general-being told by their parents 'oh don't worry Timmy, you can watch it on TV' is this a national or global phenomenon or just something purely confined to the area around Nuneaton? Thankfully most of the children who bought books had supportive parents, who actively encouraged them to read-which is a relief. Should have more time on the internets once the summer holidays hit- come on July 10th
